KENJI Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using a KENJI gift card. By using the card, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Usage

• • Gift cards can be used as full or part payment for purchases in all KENJI retail stores within the UK.

  • Cards can be redeemed against products of greater value, provided the balance is supplemented with an additional payment.

2. Value Limit

• • Each gift card has a maximum balance limit of £100.

  • Card's must be preloaded with the minimum of £10.

3. Top-Ups

• • KENJI gift cards are reusable and can be topped up in-store. Customers are encouraged to retain cards for future use.

4. Cash Exchange

• • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• • Please treat your gift card like cash. KENJI is not liable for any cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged. No replacement or refund will be provided.

6. Balance Enquiries

• • You can check your card balance at any KENJI store or by scanning the QR code printed at the bottom of the card.

7. Card Validity

• • Each Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

  • After the expiry date, any remaining balance on the Gift Card will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.

8. Amendments and Cancellation

• • KENJI reserves the right to:

    • Amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    • Cancel or refuse to accept a gift card if there is evidence of tampering, misuse, or fraud.

9. Statutory Rights

• • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
